📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC advertising, and email marketing.
• Create and curate engaging content for our social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Support the marketing team in managing and analyzing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Ads.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to provide insights and recommendations for our marketing strategies.
• Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing events and promotions.
• Collaborate with the design team to create marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital ads.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing department, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and maintaining marketing databases.
• Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies, and apply this knowledge to support our marketing efforts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Recent graduate with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and a passion for creating engaging content.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools like Canva.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required, both written and spoken.
