Shine Village Abadi is seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction and comfort during their stay. This is a full-time position based in Balikpapan, offering a competitive salary and a dynamic work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures.,Provide information about the hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.,Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Maintain the reception area and ensure it is clean and well-presented at all times.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.,Manage front desk operations, including reservations and room assignments.,Assist with event planning and coordination for meetings and conferences.,Monitor and record guest feedback to improve service quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Familiarity with hotel management software and systems.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and challenges.
