📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading and managing a team of employees to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Ensuring the safety and satisfaction of customers.
  • Monitoring and maintaining high service standards.
  • Developing and implementing training programs for team members.
  • Managing schedules and ensuring timely service delivery.
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues promptly.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Representing the company at events and meetings.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Captain or similar leadership role in the service industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Previous experience in a remote work environment is a plus.
  • Familiarity with basic computer skills and software.
  • Ability to travel as required by the role.
  • Valid driver's license.
