📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.,Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.,Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.,Conduct financial audits and reviews to ensure compliance with accounting standards.,Manage and mentor junior accountants and financial staff.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial and operational excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior role.,Proficient in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Strong knowledge of GAAP and Indonesian GAAP (GAK),Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience in a multinational or international environment is a plus.
