📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Conduct financial analysis to provide insights and recommendations.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely submission.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.,Train and mentor junior accountants and staff.,Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
