📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and oversee the monthly consolidation process for the group companies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and IFRS standards.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Analyze and interpret financial data to provide insights and support strategic decision-making.,Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial reports to regulatory bodies and stakeholders.,Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to address any discrepancies and ensure compliance.,Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.,Provide guidance and training to junior accountants and finance team members.,Stay updated with the latest accounting standards and regulations to ensure compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial accounting and consolidation processes.,Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS standards.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
