📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.,Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.,Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues.,Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Mentor and guide junior engineers and project staff.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction planning and project management.,Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.,Strong knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and best practices in Indonesia.,Proficiency in project management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
