📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient running.
  • Manage the sales team, setting targets and providing guidance and support.
  • Monitor inventory levels, ensuring that stock is adequate and that products are well-displayed.
  • Oversee customer service, ensuring that customers are satisfied with their shopping experience.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and promote the store.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage the store's budget, ensuring that it is used effectively and efficiently.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of retail software and systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
