In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs,Provide feedback and recommendations for improvement,Coordinate with other departments to ensure training needs are met,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback,Stay updated with the latest training methodologies and trends,Assist in the development of new training programs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development,Strong communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with training management software is a plus,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus,Ability to travel to different locations for training purposes
