📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist registered nurses in providing patient care and treatment.,Perform basic patient assessments and monitor vital signs.,Prepare and administer medications as directed by healthcare providers.,Assist in maintaining patient records and documentation.,Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.,Participate in patient education and health promotion activities.,Clean and maintain patient rooms and equipment.,Follow all healthcare policies, procedures, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience as a nursing assistant or similar healthcare role.,Basic knowledge of first aid and CPR certification.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Familiarity with healthcare terminology and procedures.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Passion for providing quality patient care and support.
