📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the management of procurement processes, including vendor selection and contract negotiations.
  • Support the inventory management system, including stock levels, reorder points, and replenishment.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of supply chain transactions and documents.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of supply chain strategies and initiatives.
  • Provide support in the planning and execution of supply chain projects.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in the supply chain industry.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
