📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in managing and supervising the team.,Ensure all team members are aware of and comply with company policies and procedures.,Oversee the daily operations and maintain high standards of service.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Assist in training and developing new team members.,Maintain accurate records of team performance and attendance.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.,Ensure the workplace is clean, safe, and well-maintained.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the hospitality industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language and English.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with basic HR practices and procedures.,Valid ID card and work permit (if applicable).,Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
