📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive business growth.,Manage and optimize our social media channels to engage with our audience and promote our products/services.,Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, search engine marketing (SEM), and content marketing.,Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns to identify areas for improvement and optimize results.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that digital marketing efforts align with overall business goals.,Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to ensure that our strategies are innovative and effective.,Manage and mentor junior team members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.,Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that our digital marketing efforts are aligned with their goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEM, and content marketing.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.,Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management tools.,Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
