📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Facilitate employee engagement activities and initiatives to improve morale and productivity.,Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to employees and managers.,Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and programs aligned with the company's goals.,Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry and document management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HRIS and other HR-related software.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
