SHIFT Unggul is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Lab Technician to join our team in Jimbaran, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of lab technicians, ensuring the smooth operation of our laboratory, and maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality in all our tests and analyses. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and supervise a team of lab technicians, ensuring they are trained and motivated to perform their tasks effectively.,Oversee the daily operations of the laboratory, including equipment maintenance, inventory management, and safety protocols.,Conduct and supervise various laboratory tests and analyses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.,Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory processes.,Train new employees and provide ongoing professional development opportunities for the team.,Ensure all laboratory equipment is properly calibrated and maintained.,Monitor and report on laboratory performance metrics, such as turnaround time, error rates, and customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of laboratory services with overall business operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Biology, Chemistry, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with a strong background in lab management and leadership.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team of lab technicians.,Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software, including but not limited to, analytical instruments, data analysis tools, and laboratory information management systems (LIMS).,Strong knowledge of quality control and assurance principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and train others.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant laboratory environment.
