Lingkungan Eko Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Lab Technician to join our team in Seminyak. As a Lead Lab Technician, you will be responsible for overseeing the laboratory operations, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of test results, and providing technical support to the medical staff. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the laboratory, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and internal policies.,Perform and interpret laboratory tests, including but not limited to blood tests, urine tests, and other diagnostic procedures.,Train and mentor junior lab technicians, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, ensuring it is in optimal working condition.,Collaborate with medical staff to provide technical support and advice on test results and procedures.,Ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results, and take corrective action when necessary.,Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives to enhance the laboratory's performance.,Manage laboratory supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely reordering.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Certification in laboratory operations and safety procedures.,Strong knowledge of laboratory equipment, instruments, and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with relevant regulatory standards and guidelines.
