📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of multiple stores, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and sales performance.,Manage and develop a team of store managers, providing guidance, training, and support.,Implement and monitor sales strategies and promotional activities to drive revenue growth.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other key stakeholders.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management to minimize waste and maximize profitability.,Lead and participate in store improvement projects to enhance the customer experience and store efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of inventory management, sales, and marketing principles.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail industry and market trends.
