📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement lesson plans and teaching strategies that align with the curriculum and meet the individual needs of students.,Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.,Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student engagement and motivation.,Collaborate with other educators and staff to ensure the smooth operation of the educational program.,Stay updated with the latest educational trends and best practices to continuously improve teaching methods.,Mentor and guide junior tutors to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver effective lessons.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of the school's educational policies and programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, related fields, or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching or tutoring, preferably in a similar educational setting.,Strong knowledge of the curriculum and educational standards relevant to the position.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and colleagues.,Ability to plan, organize, and manage time effectively to meet teaching and administrative responsibilities.,Fluency in English and local language is a plus.,Commitment to continuous professional development and a passion for education.,Valid teaching certification or equivalent qualifications as required by local regulations.
