📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Sourcing and screening potential candidates for job openings,Conducting initial interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs,Managing the recruitment process from start to finish,Providing feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process,Maintaining accurate records of all recruitment activities,Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers,Assisting in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
