📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Screen and interview candidates to ensure they meet the company's requirements and culture.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.,Leverage various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.,Maintain a strong relationship with recruitment agencies and other external partners.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant recruitment software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
