Pacific Food is seeking a talented Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained, fueled, and ready for use. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance and repair of company vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition.,Coordinate with drivers and mechanics to schedule maintenance and repairs.,Monitor fuel usage and ensure vehicles are properly fueled and refueled.,Track vehicle mileage and usage, ensuring compliance with company policies.,Manage vehicle insurance and registration, ensuring all documents are up to date.,Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure vehicles are available when needed.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, repairs, and usage.,Provide support to drivers and ensure they have all necessary information and resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
