📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficient and effective workflow.,Monitor production schedules and ensure that all production targets are met.,Conduct regular inspections of production lines to identify and address any issues or inefficiencies.,Coordinate with team members to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.,Maintain accurate records of production data and provide regular reports to management.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that production needs are met and that there is a smooth flow of materials and information.,Provide training and support to team members to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a similar field).,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production management role.,Strong knowledge of production management principles and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with production management software and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
