Berca Hardayaperkasa is seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Tester to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our banking applications through both manual and automated testing. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for banking applications.,Perform manual testing to identify defects and ensure the functionality, usability, and performance of applications.,Develop and maintain automated test scripts using relevant tools and frameworks.,Collaborate with development teams to ensure that applications meet quality standards and requirements.,Analyze and report on test results, identifying trends and areas for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies in QA and software development.,Provide technical support and guidance to junior QA team members.,Work closely with product managers and business analysts to understand requirements and ensure they are accurately reflected in test cases.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA testing, with a focus on banking applications.,Strong understanding of software development life cycle and testing methodologies.,Proficient in manual testing techniques and tools.,Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, or Cypress.,Knowledge of SQL and database testing is a plus.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
