📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the construction and maintenance of assigned projects.,Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Manage and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.,Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Prepare and submit progress reports and other project documentation.,Troubleshoot and resolve construction issues and delays.,Maintain and update project schedules and budgets.,Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering or project management.,Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.,Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
