📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide level 2 IT support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.
• Ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and applications, including email, CRM, and other business-critical tools.
• Implement and manage IT security measures to protect our systems and data.
• Conduct regular IT audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide training and support to end-users on IT tools and systems.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure the delivery of seamless IT solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies to ensure our IT infrastructure is always optimized.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support, with a strong background in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of IT security best practices and tools such as firewalls, antivirus software, and intrusion detection systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with end-users and other IT team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
