📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and track debt recovery processes using SAP and Oracle collection software.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to negotiate payment plans and resolve disputes.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure timely payments and maintain good financial standing.
• Analyze collection data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide regular reports and updates to the management team on collection activities and performance.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as credit and legal, to ensure a coordinated approach to debt recovery.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in debt recovery and financial services.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of collection strategies and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in debt recovery, collections, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and Oracle collection software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Certification in debt recovery or financial services is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
