You'll work closely with our front office team to coordinate check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests, using our in-house Property Management System (PMS) to streamline operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage a team of Hosts/Hostesses, ensuring they deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards of hospitality.
• Coordinate guest check-ins and check-outs, resolving any issues promptly to ensure a seamless experience.
• Use our in-house Property Management System (PMS) to manage guest requests, reservations, and room assignments efficiently.
• Train and mentor team members to ensure they are well-prepared to handle guest interactions and emergencies.
• Monitor guest feedback and address any concerns to continuously improve our service standards.
• Collaborate with the front office team to ensure smooth operations and a positive guest experience.
• Ensure all properties are clean, well-maintained, and ready for guest arrival.
• Promote our properties and services to potential guests, both locally and internationally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality management, preferably in a luxury or high-end setting.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills in both written and spoken form.
• Knowledge of local regulations and best practices in hospitality and tourism.
• Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS) is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to ensure 24/7 guest service.
• Passion for luxury hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
