📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily injection moulding production operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production targets.
- Lead and mentor a team of production technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Optimize production schedules using SAP and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) software to maximize efficiency.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve cycle times.
- Conduct regular equipment maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and meet customer requirements.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in injection moulding production or a similar manufacturing role.
- Proven track record of leading and managing production teams.
- Strong knowledge of injection moulding processes and equipment.
- Familiarity with SAP and MES systems is a plus.
- Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
