You'll also be responsible for onboarding new merchants, ensuring smooth integration with our payment systems, and providing ongoing support to maximize their success with our platform. With a focus on building long-term relationships, you'll play a crucial role in expanding our merchant base and driving revenue growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in onboarding new merchants, ensuring a smooth and efficient integration process.
• Provide ongoing support and training to merchants, helping them maximize the value of our payment solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with merchants, understanding their business needs and challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement tailored solutions for merchants.
• Monitor merchant performance and provide regular reports to identify areas for improvement and growth.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in the FinTech and Payments space.
• Participate in sales and marketing activities to drive merchant acquisition and retention.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a sales, business development, or merchant relations role, preferably within the FinTech or Payments industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with merchants.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with payment processing systems and merchant services is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for the FinTech and Payments industry, with a desire to learn and grow within the field.
