Group Senior Finance Manager

As a Group Senior Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing the financial health of our organization, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing strategic financial advice to senior management. You will work closely with our CFO and finance teams to implement best practices in financial management, risk management, and internal controls. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the growth and profitability of Raffles Medical Group.
• Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Manage the financial performance of multiple clinics and hospitals across Bali, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Lead the implementation of financial systems and tools, such as SAP, QuickBooks, and other ERP solutions.
• Provide strategic financial advice to senior management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Oversee the financial operations of the organization, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external auditors, banks, and other financial stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in senior finance management roles, with a proven track record in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Proficient in financial software and tools, such as SAP, QuickBooks, and other ERP solutions.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Certifications in CPA, CMA, or CFA are a plus.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
