📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of hospital medical equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and compliance with industry standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize equipment lifespan.
• Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to implement and optimize medical equipment management processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies related to medical device management.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for medical equipment, including calibration records, maintenance logs, and troubleshooting guides.
• Provide technical support and training to healthcare staff on the proper use and maintenance of medical devices.
• Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our medical equipment operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical equipment management, with a strong background in hospital operations.
• Certification in Medical Equipment Management or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience with Epic and/or Cerner electronic health record systems.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations, including FDA, ISO, and local healthcare regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven leadership and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with advanced medical equipment and technologies is a plus.
