We’re seeking a detail-oriented professional with a passion for residential construction and technology to drive accurate cost estimations and streamline our project management processes. In this hybrid/remote role, you’ll play a crucial part in ensuring our projects stay on track and within budget.
Based in Bali, you’ll work closely with our project managers and contractors to gather data, analyze costs, and provide precise estimates using industry-standard software like Procore and BIM 360. Your technical expertise will also extend to supporting our construction management apps, ensuring seamless integration and user satisfaction.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates for residential construction projects using Procore and BIM 360.
- Analyze project data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency.
- Provide technical support for construction management apps, ensuring smooth operation and user satisfaction.
- Collaborate with project managers and contractors to gather and interpret project data.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in construction estimation and technology.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new estimation tools and processes.
- Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions to drive innovation.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction estimation and cost control.
- Proven experience with Procore and BIM 360.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with construction management apps and software.
- Ability to work in a hybrid/remote environment.
